This new limited group offers a refreshing change from our usual evening programs, providing a wonderful opportunity for women to run together in the crisp morning air. Kicking off on Friday, November 7, and continuing through December 19, this pop-up run will start at 6:30 AM and last for one hour.
Join us as we embrace the beauty of Fall and Winter running, enjoying daylight instead of relying on headlamps. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, this women-only group is perfect for anyone looking to connect, motivate one another, and enjoy the outdoor experience together. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to kickstart your Fridays with a run!
